Job Description

This role focuses on marketing product operations, owning the end-to-end operations of TikTok Local Services marketing tools. You will work at the intersection of product, business, and growth to build and scale marketing capabilities (e.g., subsidies, coupons, discounts), improving product efficiency, campaign performance, and overall ROI.

- Own the overall operations of marketing products. Partner closely with Product and Business teams to build scalable marketing platforms and optimize ROI for both daily and mega-campaigns.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new feature rollouts through rigorous Project Management. Formulate and execute robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring complex projects are delivered on time while driving market awareness and high adoption rates.

- Act as a strategic bridge across diverse business lines with exceptional Stakeholder Management skills. Deeply understand regional marketing strategies, expertly manage expectations, prioritize needs, and translate complex requirements into effective product solutions.

- Drive the adoption of innovative marketing capabilities across various business scenarios. Construct reusable operational playbooks and solutions to support scalable, incremental business growth.

- Streamline cross-functional collaboration mechanisms. Monitor market trends and Voice of Customer (VOC), identify new growth opportunities, and efficiently drive Product and Engineering teams to iterate and enhance the overall product experience.
