Position Summary
Turn your marketing education into meaningful experience at Nemacolin, where brand, public relations, advertising, and creative work shape how guests, clients, associates, and the broader market experience the resort. As a Marketing & PR Intern, you will work alongside marketing, brand, and public relations professionals during a paid, 12-week internship, gaining practical experience across campaigns, promotions, communications, creative development, and cross-functional projects. The experience is designed to build the skills, portfolio, and professional perspective needed to begin a career in marketing, public relations, and luxury hospitality.
What You Will Create
- Compelling marketing experiences by supporting advertising campaigns, resort promotions, and brand initiatives that translate strategy into meaningful guest and client engagement
- A consistent, polished brand presence through collateral, signage, communications, and creative projects across the resort
- Marketing support that advances revenue opportunities through sales collateral, group communications, and print and digital materials
- Clear, engaging communications through internal collateral, promotional materials, and public relations initiatives
- Quality and consistency across every marketing touchpoint through thoughtful proofreading, research, and attention to brand standards
- Stronger marketing operations through project coordination, expense and administrative support, office organization, and other details that keep a high-performing department moving
- A broader understanding of luxury hospitality marketing through collaboration across marketing, brand, public relations, sales, and other resort teams
- Meaningful professional growth through an experiential project that connects academic learning with a real-world marketing objective

Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree program in marketing, public relations, journalism, hospitality management, or a related discipline, with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational and event needs
- Ability to lift, move, and place items weighing up to 30 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship
- Commitment to completing a consecutive 12-week internship
