You will drive visibility into market size, share, win/loss, funnel sufficiency, lead conversion, budget ROI, and commercial performance. By connecting insights, planning, governance, and execution, you will help Philips strengthen market presence, accelerate growth, and improve the impact of marketing investment.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and govern one source of commercial truth across marketing and commercial performance, enabling leaders to make faster, fact-based decisions.

  • Drive share, visibility, and win/loss reporting, translating performance data into clear insights, actions, and improvement opportunities.

  • Build and maintain commercial performance dashboards that connect marketing initiatives, funnel performance, budget investment, and business outcomes.

  • Lead win/loss insights and action planning, ensuring learnings are embedded into priorities, campaigns, commercial execution, and future planning cycles.

  • Strengthen lead governance and conversion management, improving visibility across the funnel and helping teams accelerate pipeline progression.

  • Drive funnel sufficiency and pipeline acceleration activities by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities across businesses, regions, and markets.

  • Own budget governance and ROI measurement, ensuring marketing investments are prioritized, tracked, and optimized against business and brand performance goals.

  • Lead governance for events calendars, lead capture, and ROI tracking to improve consistency, accountability, and measurable impact.

  • Develop installed base retention and end-of-life opportunity analytics to support customer retention, lifecycle value, and commercial growth opportunities.

  • Drive the annual planning process and quarterly performance reviews, bringing together insights, priorities, KPIs, and action plans across stakeholders.

  • Lead tender enablement and RFP.AI governance, ensuring effective adoption of AI-enabled tools, compliant ways of working, and measurable value creation.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Business Units, Markets, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT to embed new ways of working and scale best practices.

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members through clear priorities, effective delegation, performance management, and talent development.

You’re the right fit if

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Process Management, Quality Management, Product Management, or an equivalent field.

  • You bring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a Master’s degree, in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Channel Management, Commercial Excellence, Marketing Performance, or a related discipline.

  • You are Certified LEAN Advanced and have strong experience improving processes, governance, performance management, and ways of working in a complex matrix organization.

  • You bring strong expertise in commercial performance management, marketing analytics, KPI governance, forecasting, funnel and pipeline performance, budget ROI, dashboarding, stakeholder management, AI-enabled process improvement, agency management, regulatory compliance, and people leadership.
