Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator based in India.

This is a remote, part-time opportunity supporting day-to-day marketing execution for a boutique marketing environment serving businesses across developed markets.

You will coordinate recurring campaigns, outreach initiatives, social media publishing, SEO activities, and marketing projects.

The role combines hands-on digital marketing with project coordination, quality assurance, reporting, and administrative organization.

You’ll work closely with clients, business owners, designers, developers, and other external partners to keep deliverables moving.

Success requires strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently.

The position offers flexible working hours with expected overlap during US Eastern business hours.

It is structured as an independent contractor engagement for approximately 10–15 hours per week.

Accountabilities

• Build, format, schedule, and quality-check email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, links, formatting, reporting, and campaign records.
• Coordinate social media publishing using established content calendars and scheduling tools, ensuring posts are accurate, properly formatted, and published as expected.
• Research local advertising, sponsorship, networking, and event opportunities, maintain opportunity calendars, coordinate outreach, and track responses and follow-ups.
• Execute basic on-page and local SEO activities, monitor keywords and rankings, maintain business information, identify issues, and contribute to monthly SEO reporting.
• Review work delivered by designers and developers against project briefs, coordinate revisions and feedback, track deadlines, and proactively flag delays or missing information.
• Support the creation and formatting of marketing collateral, campaign assets, documents, and other materials while maintaining organized marketing files and resources.
• Prepare recurring marketing reports and client snapshots by gathering campaign, social media, website, and SEO performance data.
• Maintain marketing calendars, tracking documents, task lists, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure recurring activities remain organized and on schedule.
• Communicate proactively with owners, clients, vendors, designers, developers, and other partners to resolve issues and keep projects progressing.
