  • Develop and implement both technical and creative requirements within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (including Journey Optimiser, CDP and Target).
  • Ensure strong governance and understanding of data processes across digital platforms, maintaining seamless data integrations.

Deliver Insight-Led Recommendations

  • Analyse and interpret behavioural, campaign and journey data to uncover actionable insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that improve customer experience, increase conversion rates and optimise campaign ROI.
  • Present findings clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making.

Optimise Across Channels

  • Lead campaign testing across eDM, paid media, web and other digital channels, including briefing and managing content requirements.
  • Identify and implement optimisation opportunities across landing pages, conversion paths and technical enhancements on our public site.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and optimisation roles (ideally within superannuation and/or financial services).
  • Proven success delivering high-impact, data-led marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Target.
  • Significant experience with eDM platforms, database management and marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of paid social and digital advertising practices.
  • Demonstrated project management capability with strong prioritisation skills in agile environments.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with external agencies and partners.
  • Advanced analytics, reporting and insight-generation capability.
  • Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JIRA and Confluence.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or digital marketing; Adobe certifications highly regarded.
