You’ll support the planning and executing conferences, meetups, partner webinars, and Atera-hosted events, helping bring our brand to life.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team. In this role, you will be the "glue" that keeps our daily activities running smoothly, supporting the team with the essential processes and logistics needed to drive our brand forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative & Budget Monitoring: Assist with tracking and control of departmental budgets, expenses and essential administrative tasks.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Be the first line of support for the marketing team’s daily needs. You will troubleshoot operational roadblocks, optimize workflows, and ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Coordination and Communication: Maintain regular communication with various internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, marketing teams, HR) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of assets.

Requirements

• Education: Currently a Bachelor's degree student (3rd year or above) in Industrial Engineering, Business Marketing, or a related field.
• Operational Mindset: You love order and efficiency. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle tasks ranging from complex project planning to routine administrative support.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must.
• Drive: A "can-do" attitude with a genuine desire to learn the ins and outs of Marketing Operations in a fast-paced environment.
