We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist (Website & Digital) to join our China Marketing team.

This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the upcoming Akamai China standalone website (akamai.com.cn). Driving local digital marketing campaigns, and orchestrating our end-to-end inbound lead management workflows across web, WeChat, and local MarTech ecosystems.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing daily China website operations, CMS updates, page publishing, QA testing, and brand UI/UX compliance.
• Operating local SCRM/MA platforms, managing lead scoring, automated nurture workflows, and prompt SDR assignments.
• Overseeing local lead capture touchpoints, ensuring strict adherence to PIPL data residency and security protocols.
• Managing tagging and tracking across selected website analytic tools, familiar with UTM parameters for all digital campaigns.
• Tracking end-to-end website funnel metrics, delivering actionable insights to support marketing and sales leadership.
• Acting as the operational liaison connecting global marketing, local SDRs, and external technical agency partners.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess Bachelor's with 3+ years in B2B marketing, website, or digital operations within multinational tech environments.
• Have hands-on experience with modern CMS platforms, landing page builders, and web analytics like Adobe Analytics.
• Have deep familiarity with China's MarTech ecosystem: SCRM, WeCom, and marketing automation tools like Jingdigital.
• Demonstrate great understanding of B2B demand generation funnels, MQL/SQL lifecycles, and Salesforce CRM integration.
• Display excellent project management skills; bilingual in Mandarin and English for seamless global cross-functional collaboration.
• Have with AI-driven marketing tools, generative AI content creation, and Generative Engine Optimization is ideal.
