Your role

• Coordinate translation and proofreading processes for our international Marketing materials, working closely with internal teams and external partners
• Manage translated and proofread content across different file formats and communication channels, including implementing text corrections in source files where required
• Provide organizational and operational support to our Marketing teams to keep day-to-day activities and projects running smoothly
• Take care of the coordination of Marketing activities such as our OMICRON customer magazine, meetings, publications and other ongoing initiatives
• Organize Marketing materials, including brochure printing, shipments and materials required for different Marketing activities
• Coordinate and host international customer visits at our facilities in Austria, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience

What makes you a great fit

• Several years of professional experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, coordination or a comparable role
• A structured and precise way of working, with the ability to keep an overview, set priorities and reliably complete tasks on time
• A hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently, take ownership and find pragmatic solutions when priorities change
• An outgoing, open-minded and collaborative personality, with excellent communication skills in German and English and an interest in working with people from different cultures
• Basic experience with Adobe InDesign and a good understanding of different file formats and Marketing materials
• Experience with other Adobe applications, Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, AI tools or translation management systems is a plus
