At HALA, main responsibility of Marketing Operations Specialist is to support the efficient execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across HALA’s payment products and services, ensuring effective coordination, performance tracking, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across customer and merchant segments.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Growth, Data, and Compliance to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Support CRM, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and campaign targeting activities.
• Track and report campaign performance, including acquisition, conversion, engagement, and product adoption.
• Maintain marketing dashboards, campaign calendars, trackers, and related documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate marketing processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.

Ensure marketing activities comply with brand standards, internal policies, and applicable KSA regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, CRM, growth operations, campaign management, or a related field.

Experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, e-commerce, or technology is preferred.

Skills

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Good understanding of digital payments, customer/merchant journeys, digital marketing channels, and campaign lifecycle management.

Experience with CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, analytics, or customer engagement platforms.

Good analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting/dashboard tools.

Understanding of campaign KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, ROI, and product adoption.
