We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to support campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and operational efficiency across HICX’s marketing function.

This role is focused on enabling campaigns to run smoothly, maintaining clean and reliable data, supporting reporting and attribution, and improving operational consistency across marketing systems, with Salesforce (SFDC) acting as the central source of truth for marketing pipeline and reporting.

You’ll work closely with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, lead management processes are optimised, and reporting remains accurate and actionable.

This is not a purely administrative role — it plays an important role in enabling marketing performance, pipeline visibility, campaign execution, and go-to-market effectiveness across the business.

This is a practical, execution-focused role within a lean marketing team. We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple systems and projects.

Requirements

Marketing Operations & SFDC Management

  • Maintain data quality and campaign consistency within Salesforce
  • Support the ongoing optimisation of SFDC to improve marketing and go-to-market processes
  • Own marketing campaign setup, tracking structures, and reporting accuracy within SFDC
  • Support the development and optimisation of lead lifecycle stages, lead routing, and lead management workflows
  • Help improve visibility into marketing pipeline performance and funnel reporting
  • Maintain campaign tracking standards, naming conventions, and reporting consistency
  • Monitor campaign and system performance to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Support operational alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations teams


Campaign Operations & Execution

  • Build and support campaign workflows across marketing platforms
  • Execute email campaigns and support nurture programmes
  • Coordinate webinar setup, registration tracking, and follow-up processes
  • Support campaign QA and deployment across channels
  • Maintain campaign documentation and operational processes
  • Support reporting and operational setup for webinars, campaigns, and events

Reporting & Pipeline Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports within SFDC and marketing platform
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting across pipeline, campaigns, lead flow, and conversion performance
  • Help improve reporting visibility across the marketing and sales funnel
  • Support attribution and pipeline reporting initiatives
  • Provide operational insights to support campaign optimisation and GTM decision-making

Operational Support & Process Improvement

  • Support integrations and data flow between marketing systems
  • Troubleshoot campaign and operational issues as they arise
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, CRM operations, or marketing automation
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Experience supporting lead management and marketing pipeline processes
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms
  • Comfortable building reports, dashboards, and campaign tracking frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Excellent organisation and project coordination skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing preferred
