A Day in the Life

Responsible for leading and managing the tour drivers, ensuring effective scheduling, routing, and team leadership. Creating internal communication documents for use by cross‐functional teams and acting as a liaison for internal stakeholders to efficiently schedule the trucks within local markets. Manage the team, approve travel and expenses, conduct job performance reviews of drivers, and ensure the overall success of the program. Collaborating closely with the Brand team, align operations with brand goals while being an integral part of the Consumer Engagement and Field Marketing operations.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Lead and manage the tour drivers by developing and overseeing their schedules and routing to ensure efficient operations and maximize the reach and impact of the Tour Truck program across various markets.
  • Oversee truck fleet management, including maintenance scheduling for vehicles, ensuring that the fleet is in optimal condition, enhancing reliability and safety while minimizing downtime.
  • Coordinate cross‐functional efforts to align event details and logistics, ensuring all elements contribute to a cohesive brand experience.
  • Serve as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and the tour team, coordinating with different departments to effectively schedule trucks in local markets, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals and enhancing consumer engagement.
  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of tour equipment and materials, including product distribution, ensuring all items are in good condition and ready for transport, and coordinating with logistics teams for assets management, shipping, and distribution.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel and expense approvals, and conduct performance reviews for drivers to ensure compliance with company policies and support the continuous improvement and success of the tour Truck program.
  • Train drivers to properly use equipment, including but not limited to trucks, Pop‐Up activation assets, pallet jacks, etc.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with event objectives and brand strategy
  • Analyze event outcomes and use feedback to drive continuous improvements in event planning and execution. Provide event and performance recaps, including event activations and staff performance, etc. Promote brand awareness by creating a combined interaction with brand, consumers and lifestyle to generate an exciting and positive brand image for Monster Energy.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐Business, Marketing or related field of study
  • Between 3‐5 years of experience in event production, tour management, or related field experience

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $62,625 - $83,500. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
