AllCloud seeks a highly organised and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis The candidate will be responsible for optimising our marketing systems, ensuring efficient execution of marketing operations, and overseeing the development of communications for the marketing department.

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage the corporate website changes, including working closely with an external agency of website developers on website updates and creation, ensuring they make necessary changes for security purposes, plugin updates, etc.
• Oversee all MarketingTech for the organization, including budget management, adherence to compliance directives and reviews, and manage integration.
• Oversee marketing processes around project management tool
• Manage and optimize marketing technologies and systems; e.g., marketing automation platform (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), social media tools (Sprout Social), etc.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance to stakeholders
• Develop and implement marketing workflows and processes to “operationalize” marketing and improve efficiency
• Identify and implement marketing automation opportunities
• Manage vendor relationships with marketing technology providers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing operations trends and technologies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms and marketing analytics tools
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
