About the role

You will be the backbone of all retail calendar activations and in-store events across Mexico. You will lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of marketing activations, ensuring alignment with the Brand position and global strategies while maximizing impact at the point of sale.

In addition to managing regional retail activations, you will provide strong support to trade marketing initiatives, working closely with partners to drive sell-out and strengthen brand presence in diverse markets. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring collaboration with Brand, Sales, VM, PR, CRM, and local market teams to deliver seamless 360° campaigns.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, retail marketing, or trade marketing, ideally within luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium lifestyle industries.

  • Proven track record in managing multi-market activations and complex calendars in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical mindset.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.
