The Marketing Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing initiatives designed to drive K–12 student enrollment. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Analytics & Operations, this individual will collaborate across marketing, analytics, and enrollment teams to improve campaign effectiveness, streamline operational workflows, and deliver actionable performance insights.

This role requires strong analytical, operational, and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and ensure marketing projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week working in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaign Operations: Support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, cost per lead, and enrollment outcomes.
• CRM Management & Optimization: Assist with HubSpot CRM administration, workflow automation, lead management, data integrity, and process improvements.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and track marketing projects from initiation through completion, managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful execution.
• Enrollment Growth: Partner with marketing and enrollment stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion efficiency, and overall student enrollment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Marketing Analytics & Operations to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing projects and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, or performance reporting.
• Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days per week in accordance with the organization's hybrid work policy.

Preferred:

• Experience in the K–12 education sector is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and HubSpot CRM.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing marketing dashboards, automating workflows, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
