<br>Breakout Escape Games is looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Operations Manager to help drive marketing execution across 30+ locations nationwide.<br><br>
</div><div>
<br>This role is the operational engine behind our marketing team — owning campaign execution, email/SMS deployment, marketing systems, listings management, vendor coordination, and store communication and marketing support.<br><br>
</div><div>
<br>We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves keeping things organized, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.<br><br>
</div><div>
<br>This role requires someone who can take ownership quickly, manage multiple moving pieces at once, and operate with a high level of follow-through and accountability.<br><br>

<strong><br>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong><br>Marketing Campaign Execution<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage execution of promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns</li>
<li>Own the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met</li>
<li>Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, vendors, and locations</li>
<li>Ensure campaigns launch accurately and consistently<br><br>
</li>

<strong><br>Email & SMS Marketing<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Build and deploy company-wide email and SMS campaigns</li>
<li>Manage automated flows and campaign scheduling</li>
<li>Coordinate audience segmentation and targeting</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement<br><br>
</li>

<strong><br>Platform & System Management<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage marketing-related setup within Resova and related platforms</li>
<li>Configure promo codes, pricing settings, waiver messaging, and upsells</li>
<li>Coordinate setup for new room launches and promotions<br><br>
</li>

<strong><br>Website & Digital Coordination<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Coordinate homepage banners, room pages, promotions, and announcements</li>
<li>Work with web and creative vendors to maintain accurate website content<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong><br>Listings & Reputation Management<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Maintain business listings across Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, TripAdvisor, Bing, and SOCi</li>
<li>Update hours, photos, closures, and location information</li>
<li>Review and approve guest review responses<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong><br>Store Communication & Support<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Serve as a marketing contact for store leadership teams</li>
<li>Communicate promotions, launches, and campaign details</li>
<li>Coordinate ordering of signage and in-store marketing materials</li>
<li>Help maintain consistency across all locations<br><br>
</li>

<strong><br>Vendor Coordination<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day communication with agency and platform partners</li>
<li>Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables</li>
<li>Keep projects moving forward and organized<br><br>
</li>

<strong><br>Process Improvement & AI<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Improve workflows, systems, and documentation</li>
<li>Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and organization</li>
<li>Help streamline repetitive tasks and operational processes<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<strong><br>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, marketing execution, or similar operational roles</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li>
<li>Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>Strong communication, follow-through, and attention to detail</li>
<li>Experience working with vendors, agencies, or external partners</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platforms</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while staying highly collaborative<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></div><div>
<br>Experience with platforms such as:<br><br>

<li>Google Business Profile</li>
<li>Meta Ads Manager</li>
<li>Attentive or similar email/SMS platforms</li>
<li>SOCi or listings/reputation tools</li>
<li>Marketing automation systems<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>
<br>Multi-location, franchise, hospitality, entertainment, or operational support experience is a plus.<br><br>
