You will bring structure, visibility and consistency to marketing delivery, streamlining team operations, improving planning and traffic management, whilst ensuring that marketing outputs are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with organisational priorities.
Working closely with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders, you will bring structure to complex projects, design and maintain processes to support effective marketing delivery, including intake systems, traffic management, project planning and workflow coordination and ensure all activity is governed and aligned with organisational priorities to drive impact and meaningful results.
If you’re a practical, solutions‑focused leader who loves building operational excellence and seeing the difference it makes, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing operations team.

Optimise workflows, tools and dashboards, processes and tool kits to improve efficiency and delivery.
Requirements for Success
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; professional certifications desirable.
Significant experience leading marketing operations or delivery teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to manage budgets, external suppliers, and marketing service delivery.
Experience improving workflows, traffic management, service models, and governance.
Strong operational, organisational, and prioritisation skills, with practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication, with high emotional intelligence and a big-picture focus.
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
