We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to drive the successful implementation of Similarweb's marketing strategy through our marketing automation and demand generation platforms (email, chat, calendar automation, WordPress, and more). You’ll play a key role in executing triggered campaigns and nurture flows, while working closely with stakeholders across marketing, GTM, and product teams. In this role, you will also establish and maintain scalable processes that support best practices in campaign and lead management, while continuously monitoring data quality and performance to optimize results.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including building triggers and email journeys, creating templates, and tracking performance metrics
  • Oversee campaign calendar management to enable smooth planning and execution
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation technology to execute campaigns and improve KPIs
  • Build, refine, and oversee audience segmentation strategies
  • Oversee data governance to uphold accurate segmentation, data quality, and MQL
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and actionable insights to management and stakeholders
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives while aligning timelines, resources, and stakeholders for maximum impact

This is the perfect job for someone who has:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, or Marketing Manager
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience managing leads and building segmentation logic based on CRM data
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
  • Creativity and initiative, with the ability to bring new ideas to messaging and campaign execution
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, with strong skills in managing priorities and task execution
  • Experience in B2B tech or software companies -advantage
