About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations Intern to support the execution of key marketing initiatives within the Established Pharma marketing team. You will play an important role in coordinating projects, tracking progress, maintaining marketing documentation, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.

By the end of the internship, the successful candidate is expected to deliver:
A project tracker and monthly dashboard covering the activity calendar, timelines, action owners, follow-up status, KPI inputs, progress, and pending items. A promotional materials and document repository including approval versions, inventory status, approved-material archiving, and disease awareness monitoring with compliance follow-up.
