Purpose
The Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator supports the successful execution of marketing initiatives across the Life Ingredients and Performance Materials divisions, coordinating activities that span approximately ten market segments. This role is responsible for planning and supporting trade shows and events, managing marketing operations and administrative processes, maintaining digital marketing assets, supporting CRM and website administration, and facilitating effective communication with customers, suppliers, and sales teams.
Serving as a key resource within the marketing organization, the Coordinator oversees event logistics, attendee registration, sponsorship coordination, vendor management, project tracking, marketing asset management, and SharePoint administration to ensure efficient execution of marketing programs and initiatives. The role also contributes to the organization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of marketing systems, processes, and content that support business growth across multiple market segments.

Marketing Operations, Events & Communications
• Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of marketing activities across multiple business segments by managing projects, maintaining marketing resources, tracking initiatives, and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
• Trade show and event planning support, attendee registrations, sponsorship coordination, logistics management, vendor coordination, and event execution support.
• SharePoint organization and document management
• Website content updates and maintenance
• CRM administration and lead tracking
• Marketing collateral inventory management and literature tracking
• Assist with marketing budget tracking, invoice processing, vendor documentation, and related administrative activities as needed.
• Social media content scheduling and platform maintenance
• Presentation formatting and content preparation
• General marketing project support
• Support continuous improvement of marketing processes, templates, systems, and documentation.
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of marketing, communications, event coordination, project coordination, or related business experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, website administration, social media management, or related business systems.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
• Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
