Job Description

  • du Salesforce als zentrales CRM-System verantwortest und es aktiv entlang unserer Vertriebsziele aktiv weiterentwickelst - vom Datenmodell und den Prozessen bis hin zu Automatisierungen und Integrationen.
  • du langjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Umfeld (SAP- und/oder Softwarebranche wünschenswert) mitbringst, den relevanten Vertriebsfunnel (Lead-to-Opportunity) beherrschst und bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit Hubspot (Marketing Automation) hattest.
  • du hands-on im System arbeitest, Änderungen priorisierst und selbst umsetzt (z. B. Felder, Workflows, Lifecycle Stages, Reporting) sowie eigenständig Entscheidungen zur Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems triffst.
  • du den Lead-to-Opportunity-Funnel mit verantwortest und klare Kriterien für MQL/SQL, Scoring, Routing und Übergaben an den Vertrieb definierst.
  • du eng mit dem Vertrieb, Marketing und IT zusammenarbeitest, Anforderungen erhebst, challengst und diese in strukturierte, skalierbare Lifecycle-Prozesse übersetzt, die du eigenständig im System abbildest, inklusive Dokumentation und Schulungen.
  • du mit deinem Know-how echten Impact auf Datenqualität, Reporting und Transparenz entlang des Funnels erzielst und sicher auf Deutsch kommunizierst (mind. C1).
