About the Role

The Marketing Operations Coordinator for Bracing & Supports is detail-oriented and driven to build relationships with team members, regional representatives and project leads. This individual will be responsible for driving the planning, timelines and reporting for marketing, go-to-market, sales enablement and supporting various creative projects as assigned by the Marketing Director or Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the development of global and certain regional marcom project schedules, annual planning, resource planning and project costs using internal processes
  • Develop strong relationships with global and regional Marketing Managers, project managers and Coordinators to maintain transparency and coordination of global projects, and manage global to regional meetings.
  • Work in partnership with key team members, other departments, and external vendors to develop project timelines ensuring that all deliverables are met for global and local stakeholders
  • Effectively develop & communicate project schedules and provide status updates proactively
  • Assign resources for creative requests using job submission platform to meet project deadlines while identifying overlaps, finding efficiencies, and assigning priority
  • Report on creative project pipeline
  • Assist with quotes, proposals, vendor set-up and scheduling vendors for projects
  • Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and branding guidelines are adhered to
  • Comply with copyright and privacy regulations
  • Support other marketing projects, as assigned
  • All employees must be aware, have knowledge and shall have received general training in Quality requirements of Össur. Training takes place in the Onboarding process and in New Employee Orientation. More specific Quality training is job specific.
  • Exercises good use of company funds and property within the set guidelines.

Who You Are

  • Project Management certification, formal project management training, or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or marketing operations
  • Understanding of the creative process in brands or agency
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, Teams, Jira and project management tools
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Proactive and solutions-focused
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping businesses grow

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $30.46 - $35.13 + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay rates. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
