Our client is hiring a Marketing & Operations Assistant to be the high-agency generalist their lean team needs to keep up with fast growth. Right now, a lot lands on the founder's plate—social posting, DMs, creator outreach, customer tickets, sales admin, trackers, launches, and a steady stream of 'can someone please handle this?' projects. This role blends growth assistant, executive assistant, marketing coordinator, and operations generalist into one. You'll join weekly team meetings, understand the priorities, and then help quarterback and execute whatever needs to get done—using AI tools heavily to move faster. This isn't a narrow, check-the-box job: if you see something that needs doing, you'll figure it out and make sure it actually gets finished. And if you're great, there's a ton of room to take ownership of bigger areas of the business as the brand scales.

• 📱 Digitally Native & Social-Savvy – You understand Instagram, TikTok, creator culture, and what makes content land.
• 🤖 AI-Enthusiast – Excited to use tools like ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and Canva heavily in your daily workflow.
• ✍️ Excellent Written English – Clear, on-brand, and personable in DMs, emails, captions, and customer replies.

Responsibilities of the Marketing & Operations Assistant:

Your responsibilities include:

• 📱 Social Media & Content Creation
• Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
• Create content and brand assets using AI tools like Higgsfield, ChatGPT, and Canva
• Keep a consistent posting cadence and stay on top of trends worth jumping on
• Research competitors and trends to bring fresh content ideas to the team

• Research and identify creators, influencers, and affiliates that fit the brand
• Handle outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communication with creators
• Coordinate product samples and track creator partnerships and deliverables
• 💬 Community & Customer Support
• Respond to DMs, comments, creator messages, and inbound opportunities
• Manage and resolve customer support tickets promptly and on-brand
• Flag recurring customer issues and feedback to the team
• 📈 Sales & Growth Support
• Support the Head of Sales with lead lists, follow-ups, presentations, data, and admin work
• Research retailers, affiliates, and new growth opportunities
• Help prepare sales materials and keep pipelines organized

• Prepare simple reports so the team can see what's working
