Manage project timelines for digital campaigns

Social media scheduling, posting, and monitoring across LinkedIn and Facebook
•
Analytics tracking on social media platforms with monthly summaries
•
Email marketing campaign management in Constant Contact (newsletter and nurture
sequences)
•
Basic lead-generation oversight: list hygiene, lead routing, follow-up tracking
•
Maintain the monthly marketing and content calendar
•
Light graphic creation in Canva (social tiles, flyers, simple branded assets)
•
Produce agent flyers, QR codes, and landing page materials for new agents and funeral
homes
•
Manage Paws Up (PUP) memorial updates and landing page content as needed
Executive Assistance and Operations
•
Calendar management and scheduling for the CEO and CGO
•
Inbox triage, follow-up tracking, and proactive task reminders
•
Onboarding support for new agents and funeral home partners (following established
SOPs)
•
Follow up on operational tasks and completion across the team
•
Improve internal processes and documentation as scope evolves
•
Administrative coordination as needed: file organization in Google Drive, expense coding
by rooftop, meeting prep and notes
•
Future automation and system integration support as processes evolve with AI tools
