About the team
This role is responsible for shaping and promoting Lark’s brand image, supporting customer success initiatives, and driving internal operational efficiency in the Japan market. Aligned with overall business strategy, it formulates and executes effective marketing plans and activities to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business growth.
Working closely with the commercial team, this position leads cross-functional projects, organizes high-impact marketing events, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. It also serves as a vital bridge between the Japan and China teams, facilitating seamless communication, deepening customer engagement, and consistently driving influence and performance improvements.
Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing online/offline marketing activities, such as exhibitions, customer appreciation events, and product launches
- Support the sales team with customer-related marketing activities, including venue setup, on-site coordination, and preparation of materials
- Participate in content creation and management, including social media support and translation/proofreading of promotional materials
- Assist with marketing-related data tracking, vendor coordination, and budget process support
Internal Operations:
- Responsible for document translation, cross-team communication, and organizing internal and external company documents
- Execute internal team activities such as office events and team-building sessions
- Assist with cross-border and cross-functional communication and coordination tasks
