About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support and optimize our marketing automation ecosystem (HubSpot), segmentation, reporting, and website infrastructure (WordPress).
This role plays a key part in enabling scalable marketing operations by connecting strategy, technology, and execution across teams. You will own and optimize newsletter programs, campaigns, and nurture flows to drive customer engagement and business impact.
You will also manage and improve our website experience, support lead generation processes, optimize data flows, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Global-e.
