Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve sales and profitability targets, while ensuring marketing spend is well managed and effective.

• Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans to achieve agreed sales and profitability targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved marketing initiatives, including new product launches and sales promotions
• Liaise with and manage external partners such as production houses, creative agencies, and social media agencies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget
• Execute and support marketing activities across Digital, ATL and BTL channels
• Manage and maintain company social media platforms and content
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and prepare performance reports
• Support ad hoc projects and other marketing-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in F&B, Retail, or FMCG will be an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, proactive, and willing to drive change
• Well-organized with strong project coordination and budget management skills
• Sound business and marketing acumen
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in ATL/BTL activities and social media management
• Knowledge of the QSR market is a plus
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
