(Assistant) Marketing Officer (Event Management) Candidates from Event Agencies Are Welcome to Apply

A prominent organization, established to provide valuable information and benefits to its extensive membership base, is seeking a high-caliber Marketing Officer. With a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences, the team is focused on engaging members through innovative marketing strategies and impactful events.

Event Focus This role will primarily involve planning and organizing various member activities, including seminars, workshops, and games, aimed at enhancing member engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, the Marketing Officer will support other marketing communication duties to ensure a cohesive approach to member outreach. Candidates from event agencies are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize member activities, acquisition programs, and club events, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
• Develop comprehensive marketing and communication materials, including e-communications, promotional leaflets, press releases, and social media content.
• Collaborate with various business units to execute effective online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage event logistics and ensure successful execution of seminars, workshops, and games for members.
• Analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies and enhance member engagement.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or marketing communication, with a strong preference for CRM, copywriting, digital marketing, or public relations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with fluency in Putonghua.
• Proactive, well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong multitasking skills and the capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays to support events.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
