As a Marketing Officer, your mission will be to craft and execute effective marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, engage target audiences, and contribute to the company’s business growth. You will play a vital role in strengthening the company’s market positioning through impactful digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans in alignment with company objectives
Manage and grow the company’s presence on various social media platforms
Design compelling marketing content and visuals using graphic design tools
Create and edit promotional videos and photos to support campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing activities
Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed
Ensure all branding materials are consistent, creative, and effective
2+ years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Strong background in advertising company environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong command of marketing platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn & TikTok Ads Manager.
CRM & marketing automation tools experience (HubSpot, Zoho).
SEO/SEM expertise and Google Search Console familiarity.
Fluency in the English language.
Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
Experience in advertising companies is a plus.
Working Days & Hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Thursday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Alsarraj, Tripoli.
