About the Role
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving both digital and traditional marketing initiatives that generate brand awareness, qualified leads, and revenue growth. Working closely with the Sales team, you will develop and execute marketing strategies across Australia, New Zealand, and other key markets while ensuring all marketing activities align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content including blogs, newsletters, articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and optimise SEO and SEM performance in collaboration with external agencies.
- Manage Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Business profiles, providing regular performance reporting and recommendations.
- Evaluate campaign performance using analytics and recommend continuous improvements.
- Research emerging marketing trends, technologies, and software to improve digital marketing capabilities.
- Manage website content updates and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve user experience and functionality.
Traditional Marketing
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Organise marketing materials for trade shows, expos, field days, and company events.
- Manage the design, production, and distribution of catalogues, brochures, flyers, price books, promotional products, and other printed collateral.
- Source and manage relationships with promotional suppliers and external marketing vendors.
- Coordinate product photography, video shoots, and creative assets with internal teams.
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and technically correct before publication.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Sales team to generate qualified leads and support customer engagement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with customers through email marketing and social media engagement.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, campaign analysis, and budget updates for management.
- Assist in developing and executing annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Interactive Design, or a related field (students nearing completion are also encouraged to apply).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with real-world clients or commercial marketing projects is highly regarded.
- Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
