Job Description

Manpower Malta, on behalf of our client are seeking a Marketing Officer to help drive local and international brand growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative professional eager to contribute to a dynamic marketing strategy.

You'll work within a collaborative marketing team, alongside business development and external partners, to deliver high-impact campaigns and strengthen the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media channels and create engaging, brand-aligned content.

  • Draft compelling copy and press releases.

  • Update and optimize website content.

  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, SEO, and development teams.

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.

  • Track and report on campaign performance using key metrics.

  • Support the creation of branded materials and coordinate with publishers.

  • Research market trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform strategy.

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role;
  • A keen interest in the real estate industry is
    considered an asset.
  • Qualification in Marketing or other industry-related certification;
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, plan ahead, multi-task, and
    honour deadlines;
  • An outstanding level of both spoken and written English, able to write social media content and PRs
    while adapting such content to different communication platforms and audiences;
  • Strong practical knowledge of social media channels and related analytics;
  • Proficiency in using online design platforms (e.g., Canva).
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing software such
    as Mailchimp;
  • Knowledge in AI photo editing tools is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to film and produce engaging short-form video content for social media,
    demonstrating a strong visual eye and attention to detail;
  • Fluent in Microsoft office (word/ excel/ PPT);
  • The ability to work independently, and take accountability for projects;
