Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Execution

  • Translate brand and content strategies into paid media plans that deliver measurable results across search, social, display, video, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage day-to-day execution, and pacing and billing of campaigns, ensuring delivery against business objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns in real time to optimize performance and budget efficiency.
  • Test new channels, platforms, and formats to expand reach and uncover growth opportunities.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and track channel KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, lead volume).
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Senior Director.
  • Build regular reporting dashboards in partnership with Analytics to communicate performance to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured A/B testing of targeting, messaging, and creative.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Content & Creative Studio to ensure ads are on-brand, compelling, and optimized for each channel.
  • Work with Digital Experience teams to ensure smooth user journeys from ad click through to conversion.
  • Manage external agency partners and platform reps (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize results and access new opportunities.
  • Partner with Analytics Manager to ensure proper tracking and measurement in advance of campaign launch and for mid/post-performance reporting.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

  • Stay ahead of trends in digital media, martech tools, lead generation tactics, and performance marketing.
  • Recommend new tactics, targeting approaches, and channel innovations to the Senior Director.
  • Ensure Caliber’s paid media program remains competitive and forward-looking.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, with proven ability to drive measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs; offline media knowledge a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to clearly present results to leadership in a corporate setting.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to partner across marketing, digital, and sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

As the Paid Media Channel Manager, you’ll play a central role in how Caliber amplifies its story and drives demand in the market. You’ll be the hands-on channel expert ensuring that every media dollar is working harder — and you’ll bring insights that shape how the brand evolves and grows under the leadership of the Senior Director, Brand & Marketing Strategy.
