Overall Purpose

Lead the development and evolution of enterprise marketing measurement, performance intelligence, and marketing data capabilities that help marketing and business leaders understand performance, improve effectiveness, and drive data-informed investment and strategic decisions.

As part of an evolving Marketing Intelligence & Insights function, this role will help build and advance Marketing’s measurement and data strategy in partnership with the Chief Data Officer organization. The position translates Marketing business and measurement needs into data requirements and scalable capabilities, while establishing measurement frameworks that connect marketing activities to customer and business outcomes.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and lead enterprise marketing measurement and performance intelligence strategies that deliver actionable insights, improve marketing effectiveness, and support business and investment decisions.

  • Define and evolve approaches for measuring channel, campaign, and cross-functional marketing effectiveness, including attribution, incrementality, experimentation, marketing mix modeling ROI, and performance optimization frameworks.

  • Define and implement integrated measurement frameworks and KPIs for consistency in measuring and reporting marketing performance across brands, channels, and business lines.

  • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data across campaigns, channels, customer segments, and business outcomes to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable performance insights.

  • Lead measurement and performance intelligence initiatives, including defining business and data requirements, aligning KPIs, coordinating cross-functional data inputs, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Help define and advance Marketing’s data strategy in partnership with the Chief Data Officer organization, translating Marketing business and measurement needs into data requirements and scalable capabilities.

  • Evaluate marketing, brand, and customer engagement performance to identify drivers of business outcomes and inform strategic planning, optimization, and investment decisions.

  • Develop executive-level reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance narratives that provide clear, accessible, and actionable visibility into marketing effectiveness.

  • Partner with Enterprise Data and Technology teams to improve Marketing data quality, integration, accessibility, and governance, and advance the scalable data capabilities needed to support measurement and decision-making.

  • Support the company’s commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, economics, statistics, or other related field.

  • Typically, a minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing measurement, marketing analytics, data strategy, business intelligence, performance strategy, or related fields, including experience supporting enterprise marketing and business decision-making.

  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills in complex cross-functional environments.

  • Demonstrated success developing marketing measurement, performance, and optimization frameworks that drive business impact and improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Experience translating marketing and business needs into data requirements and partnering with enterprise data, engineering, or technology teams to build scalable data and measurement capabilities.

  • Experience applying analytical and measurement methodologies to evaluate marketing performance and support strategic decision-making.

  • Experience with marketing performance evaluation methodologies, including attribution, experimentation, A/B testing, and test-and-learn approaches.

  • Ability to apply measurement and analytical approaches to understand customer behavior, audience performance, segmentation, and marketing effectiveness.

  • Working knowledge of modern marketing and customer data concepts, including data integration and pipelines, customer identity, data quality, governance, and stewardship.

  • Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience measuring incrementality and lift from marketing campaigns

  • Experience supporting B2B, B2B2C, financial services, fintech, or highly matrixed enterprise organizations.

  • Experience supporting marketing investment planning, ROI analysis, or performance-based decision-making.

  • Experience supporting experimentation and test-and-learn methodologies within marketing organizations.

  • Knowledge of brand, customer, and marketing performance measurement approaches and evaluation methodologies.

  • Experience with customer data platforms, CRM, first-party data, or identity resolution capabilities.

  • Master's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external constituents.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $154,000 - $193,000.
New York, NY in USD per year is: $186,000 - $232,000.


Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
