We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support administrative, financial, and operational tasks within the Marketing Department. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, timely follow-ups, and smooth coordination of marketing activities.
Responsibilities
·Manage subscriptions, invoices, petty cash receipts, and purchase orders
·Monitor shared inboxes and follow up on pending action
·Process material requisitions and coordinate marketing materials
·Maintain Marketing Department timesheets and track attendance records
·Support meetings, productions, and coordination with internal and external partners
·Assist with talent payments, documentation, and production logistics
·Support website price updates and stay current with digital marketing trends
Requirements
MBO / EPI Degree or Havo Diploma
6 months–1 year experience in administrative, finance, procurement, or marketing support roles (internships accepted)
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; invoicing or procurement system experience is a plus
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento; Dutch is an asset
