Job Description

Marketing Manager(North America)深圳社招全职职位描述1、Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute influencer-led marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and market growth for Antigravity.
2、Support a range of marketing campaigns, including new drone product launches, major sales events and social campaigns.
3、Manage the complete influencer execution workflow from start to end: identifying creators, conducting outreach, negotiating deliverables and rates, and evaluating post-campaign performance.
4、Monitor social media trends, aerial videography market, and influencer best practices to keep campaigns fresh, innovative, and culturally relevant within US market.
5、Work closely with influencers to produce highly engaging, on-brand content showcasing flight capabilities and creative drone videography for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
6、Participate in industry events, tech expos, and creator collaborations to increase brand visibility in targeted videography and drone communities.
7、Leverage both internal resources and external partnerships to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing efforts.
8、Conduct deep data analysis to measure campaign performance, track influencer ROI, optimize negotiation strategies, and deliver actionable insights.
9、Provide project coordination and administrative support, ensuring strict adherence to partnership timelines well ahead of product launches.职位要求1、Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2、Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal); Mandarin language skills are a plus for seamless communication with internal teams.
3、Strong understanding of global cultural trends and markets; experience studying or working abroad is preferred.
4、Demonstrated knowledge of major social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and a sharp eye for trending tech and aerial content.
5、Proven experience managing brand ambassador projects, negotiating contracts, and working with influencers (both large and small) or talent agencies.
6、Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to effectively pitch different tiers and types of creators.
7、A strong passion for videography, specifically drone operation and aerial production. Familiarity with premium drone models and specs (such as the Antigravity A1) is highly desirable.
8、Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight project deadlines, and maintain high-quality work output.
9、Self-driven, results-oriented, highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving and project management. 投递
