The Wallet, Payments & Commerce marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing for IDs in Apple Wallet, one of the most meaningful and fastest-growing initiatives in Wallet. In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for new state launches across the US, partner closely with issuers and acceptance partners to deliver best-in-class marketing assets, and help define the marketing playbook that will guide this product as it expands globally. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves owning a program from strategy through flawless execution, and is energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up — translating an emerging, undefined space into a clear vision, a set of guiding principles, and a roadmap that others can rally around. If you want to help shape how people carry and use identification for years to come, we'd love to talk to you.
Key Qualifications
* Proven experience leading go-to-market or regional/market launch strategy for a consumer product, ideally across multiple US states, regions, or countries
* A builder’s mindset — energized by creating structure, strategy, and momentum in a space that doesn’t have a playbook yet
* Experience building and managing relationships with external partners (e.g., government agencies, financial institutions, retailers, or other regulated industries) to develop co-branded or partner-facing marketing materials
* Strong program and budget management skills, with the ability to build and govern a marketing budget across multiple concurrent workstreams
* Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining rigor and attention to detail
* A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, execution-first approach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in government affairs, regulated industries (financial services, identity, or travel), or public sector partnerships
International or multi-market launch experience
Experience developing marketing guidelines or brand standards used by external partners
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or program management, ideally supporting a regulated, partner-dependent, or multi-market product
Experience managing and governing budgets across multiple projects or markets
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external partners and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
Ability to travel as needed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
