Job Description

Brand Introduction

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and deliver the UK marketing programme, based in London (White City) with hybrid working. You'll be

  • Owning and delivering the UK marketing calendar, identifying key moments and growth opportunities

  • Executing integrated 360° campaigns across retail, digital and in-store channels

  • Partnering with PR and social teams to align retailer activity with brand campaigns

  • Collaborating with sales teams, agents and key accounts to support sell-in and sell-through

  • Creating impactful retailer toolkits, presentations and campaign assets

  • Supporting store openings, activations and events from planning through to delivery and reporting

  • Acting as a key point of contact for UK sales teams, managing requests and communications

  • Building strong relationships with retailer partners and their marketing teams

  • Monitoring retailer channels to ensure brand consistency and strong online presence

  • Supporting trade shows and key seasonal moments with marketing materials and activations

You'll have

  • Proven experience in trade and consumer marketing, ideally within a premium or luxury brand

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Experience producing marketing materials such as catalogues, toolkits and campaign assets

  • A solid understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across channels

  • Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, PR, sales and external partners

  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach

  • The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • A collaborative, positive mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team

  • High levels of initiative and ownership in delivering results
