The Marketing Manager Specialty Care & Respiratory is responsible for leading the development and execution of launch and brand strategies across Specialty Care and Respiratory, translating global strategy into impactful local plans that improve outcomes for patients and create value for customers. The role partners closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric marketing initiatives, omnichannel engagement, and successful product launches. The Marketing Manager combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and strong stakeholder leadership to drive business performance while ensuring all activities are delivered in line with GSK's values, compliance standards and commitment to getting ahead of disease.
In this role you will
Lead the development and execution of launch and brand strategies aligned with global objectives and local market needs.
Develop and implement integrated marketing and omnichannel engagement plans to enhance customer experience and business performance.
Create, localize and optimize commercial campaigns, materials and customer engagement initiatives.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Communications and other key stakeholders.
Manage marketing budgets, forecasts and business planning activities to ensure effective resource allocation.
Partner with field teams to drive customer segmentation, account-focused initiatives and execution excellence.
Generate market, customer and competitive insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Lead launch readiness activities and represent the local market within global brand teams.
Ensure all activities are delivered in compliance with GSK policies, industry regulations and applicable codes of practice.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
Experience in pharmaceutical brand, product or launch marketing.
Demonstrated success developing and implementing customer-centric marketing strategies.
Strong commercial acumen, including business planning, forecasting and budget management.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions and measure impact.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Agile, proactive and growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Fluent in German and/or English
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
Launch experience with Rx market
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
Experience in using copy approval systems (e.g. Veeva vault)
Demonstrated project management skills
Experience from the respiratory therapeutical area, hepatology experience is a plus
