About the Team
TikTok's Business Marketing Team works with brands of all sizes, empowering them to connect with their audiences by helping them create TikToks, not ads. This includes creative ideation, brand and events strategy, design & production of TikTok for Business, helping bring brands to life on our platform.
1. Lead and execute strategic projects listed below to strengthen GBM's efforts in driving Sales team's monetization and growth in GAPAC regions:
- New Client: Incentives & Partnerships
- New Client: Performance Reporting
- Tentpole events (including but not limited to TT Awards)
- Partner closely with cross-functional (XFN) teams to define goals, pilot initiatives, and identify key areas for continuous improvement.
2. Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities.
3. Work with product & sales teams to design scalable, tech-driven solutions to enhance overall GBM's support efficiency and productivity.
