The Marketing Manager – SEA is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia to support brand growth and customer acquisition. The role ensures regional campaigns, partner activities, and marketing programs are delivered effectively, aligned with business objectives, and adapted to local market requirements while maintaining brand and compliance standards.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Partner Key Account Managers to support partner marketing activities and contribute to business outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain the partner campaign calendar, ensuring campaigns are planned, coordinated, and executed according to agreed timelines.
  • Manage and maintain the direct campaign calendar, ensuring timely coordination and delivery of campaign activities.
  • Organize and coordinate webinars, including scheduling, promotion, and follow-up reporting where required.
  • Develop and maintain partner sales and communication kits, ensuring materials remain accurate, updated, and aligned with brand and compliance standards.
  • Perform quality assurance checks for online campaigns (including translations, visuals, and campaign assets) to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines prior to launch.
  • Support localization activities for marketing campaigns and materials across Southeast Asia markets.
  • Conduct competitor research and provide relevant insights to support regional marketing activities.
  • Assist in the onboarding and coordination of KOLs in line with marketing campaign requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing reports for the region, providing visibility on campaign activities and performance.
  • Coordinate and ensure the delivery of Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for campaigns in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure assigned responsibilities and campaign activities are delivered accurately, within agreed timelines, and in accordance with internal marketing, brand, and compliance standards. Escalate risks or issues that may impact delivery.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support regional marketing activities and business objectives.

Are you the one?

  • At least 2 years of marketing experience in FX/CFD industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Monday.com
