In this role you’ll turbo-charge how we win business. Leading RFP development and owning sales-enablement tools for corporate furniture and technology, you’ll turn complex solutions into crisp stories that close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

RFP & Pursuit Leadership

  • Direct every corporate furniture & technology RFP, from go/no-go through submission
  • Coach pursuit teams on narrative, visuals, and live pitch delivery
  • Track KPIs thru the CRM (win rate, loss reasons, A+D/Partner influence) to share with leadership and make data driven decisions on incremental changes to our pursuit approach
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and win-loss learnings.

Sales Enablement

  • Design and maintain pitch decks, playbooks, brochures and other tools to support corporate and technology teams
  • Benchmark and refresh tools quarterly to stay ahead of competitor messaging
  • Share best practices with team, and specifically with vertical-marketing to impact overall marketing efforts, and keep marketing messages and materials consistent across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years in sales enablement, proposal management, or marketing within A+D, furniture, or related services
  • Demonstrated record driving successful, large-scale RFPs/RFQs
  • Strong storytelling chops—written, visual, and live presentation
  • Strong user of Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Figma, and collaboration suites
  • Proven collaborator who can toggle between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • People-management experience with a coaching mindset

About One Workplace

We create spaces that inspire and transform.

One Workplace doesn’t just create spaces, we put them to work. We don’t measure them in square feet, but by the possibilities they create for our clients. From a better way to express your culture, to a better way to work, to learn or to heal – the possibilities are endless.

Better space always solves a problem. Our solution is simple. We believe together is better. Combining business strategists, designers, furniture, construction, ancillary and audiovisual specialists with project managers, customer support, delivery and installation under one roof simplifies a complicated process - and it makes the workplace better. It’s a unique process, and it’s made us one of the most successful interior solutions companies in the US.

Each project starts with collaboration and ends with trust. For us, this is a big deal. Better spaces are built with better relationships - our most valuable assets. That means finding an amazing way to work together with our clients and partners because when we co-create, remarkable things happen. Everything we do links back to one simple philosophy:

We’re better together.
