We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused marketer to manage and deliver North America marketing programs for our Retail Industry Solutions portfolio. This role focuses on planning, creating, and executing integrated campaigns and events that strengthen brand presence, engage customers, and support our priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Execution

  • Plan and deliver North America marketing programs across digital, campaigns, content, and field initiatives.
  • Develop compelling messaging and campaign narratives tailored to retail audiences.
  • Maintain consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

Event & Industry Engagement

  • Support regional event planning and execution, including trade shows, customer events, and executive briefings.
  • Ensure events are well-organized, impactful, and aligned to marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute events on time and on budget.

Creative & Content Management

  • Create or oversee development of campaign assets across digital, social, and event channels.
  • Write clear, compelling marketing copy and messaging for multiple audiences.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal partners to ensure creative quality and brand alignment.

Operational & Performance Support

  • Track program performance and report on key metrics.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing programs.
  • Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure marketing programs support commercial priorities.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to ensure North America execution aligns with overall messaging and branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–7 years of B2C or B2B marketing experience, ideally in industry or segment marketing.
  • Proven experience executing integrated campaigns and managing events
  • Strong skills in content creation, messaging, and creative development
  • Experience managing agencies or vendors
  • Strong project management skills and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with marketing performance tools, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms
  • Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented

The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
