 Job Description:

1. Marketing and sales preparation and supervision of the target.

2. Developing marketing studies for the company and various projects.

3. Planning advertising and promotional campaigns for projects on a variety of digital and print media.

Providing recommendations and suggestions and implementing direct marketing methods to increase sales volume.

5. Preparing and supervising the promotion of marketing events and events to raise awareness of the McKeown name in the real estate market.

6. Supervising the establishment of a comprehensive database on competitors projects, and everything related to their services, prices, marketing plans, geographic regions, and distributions.

7. Develop plans for promotion, advertising, and sales offers in coordination with the sales department.

8. Working to increase the marketing share by expanding the promotion of McKeon Company.

9. Determine promotional objectives and appropriate tools for each area of marketing.

10. Finding solutions to cases or problems related to marketing, selling, and promoting projects.

11. Preparing periodic reports on the work of the Marketing Department, including all achievements, obstacles, and proposed solutions to develop work and performance, and submitting them to the Executive Director.

12. Training individuals working in the Marketing Department on their work and transferring their experience to them.

13. Holding periodic meetings for marketing department employees to discuss work procedures, the extent of implementation of the agreed-upon plan, and to identify the difficulties they face in performing the work.

14. Any work assigned to him related to the job objectives by the Marketing and Sales Manager.
