About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to elevate brand presence and engagement across all channels. In this role, you will lead end-to-end marketing efforts from campaign strategy to execution targeting athletes and lifestyle enthusiasts. You'll drive visibility, connect with communities, and help grow a brand rooted in performance, innovation, and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels

• Lead partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with athletes, teams, influencers, and events

• Oversee the production of high impact content photoshoots, videos, and creative assets for multiple platforms

• Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to continuously optimize strategy

• Maintain brand consistency and storytelling across all marketing touchpoints

• Collaborate with e-commerce and retail teams to roll out effective promotional campaigns

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in premium lifestyle, activewear, or sports-focused brands

• Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand building, and community engagement

• Proven ability to manage external partners such as agencies and influencers

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling

• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills

• Passion for sports, fitness, or the active lifestyle space is a big plus
