General Role Description
Develop, implement, manage, and continuously optimize the comprehensive marketing communications program for your assigned business units (BUs).
Role Accountabilities
· Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies that support business objectives, strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels
· Deliver effective marketing campaigns, content, communications, and promotional activities that align with organizational goals in collaboration with the business units
· Propose creative ideas related to Company branding activities and execute, as approved
· Report marketing performance against objectives and targets on at least a quarterly basis and make improvement recommendations
· Advise parent and group companies to ensure that all activities follow parent company branding objectives
· Consult business units and manage advertising agency in the creation and maintenance of the Company’s online and social media presence
· Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness through quantitative analysis of results
· Collaborate and advise the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure a strategically aligned web-presence is delivered for all global websites
· Create and deliver newsletter articles for publication and distribution
· Manage vendor relationships to maintain optimal cost where feasible
· Provide cost information and advice for marketing department budget planning
· Identify new marketing communications vendors and suppliers
· Execute and manage all company business unit promotional email campaigns
· Ensure foreign language translations of product brochures and technical articles are complete, meet agreed-upon standards, and are delivered on schedule
· Prepare press releases for industry trade publications, as assigned

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
· 10 years’ marketing communications experience with power electronics or other capital equipment in any combination of the metals, material handling, renewable energy systems, paper, or related general industries
· Demonstrated successful product marketing and brand management experience
· Proficiency in Oracle Projects and Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation
Hiring Range: $82,550 - $123,850
