Marketing Manager, Perfumery & Beauty – Princeton, NJ

As part of our Global Growth Office, you’ll play a key role in transforming emerging cultural, consumer, and technology trends into meaningful opportunities for our business, teams, and customers. Working at the intersection of foresight, innovation, and marketing, you'll help create thought-provoking content, dynamic experiences, and strategic initiatives that inspire action and spark new possibilities. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious about the future, energized by innovation, and equally excited to turn ideas into impact through strong execution and storytelling.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of foresight content, tools, and frameworks that contribute to long-term strategic planning and innovation
• Support the expansion of a global foresight ecosystem that brings new perspectives and inspiration into the organization
• Track emerging movements, influential voices, and innovation across industries to strengthen foresight intelligence
• Analyze data, trends, and consumer insights to identify emerging opportunities, shape strategic thinking, and support compelling storytelling and recommendations
• Assist in the development and execution of immersive physical and digital experiences & innovation activations
• Contribute hands-on to creative storytelling, content development, event coordination, and experiential execution

You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, innovation, foresight, experiential marketing, trend strategy, or related field
• Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently drive projects forward while also thriving in highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Naturally curious, culturally aware, and tuned into emerging shifts in consumer behavior, creativity, design, innovation, and culture
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence and polish to deliver dynamic presentations
• An eye for creative excellence, with the ability to contribute to visually compelling presentations, concepts, and immersive experiences
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $100,000-$130,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
