We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the tech industry. This role functions as the operational Command Centre for the Direct Response program. The specialist is responsible for managing multi-channel investment across the entire digital ecosystem, ensuring all activity is balanced, paced, and performing optimally. They serve as the critical bridge between high-level strategy and the technical execution delivered by agency partners across all major digital touchpoints, driving operational excellence by defining the methods and timelines ("the how and the when") for strategic implementation.
