About the Role


As the Marketing Manager - Pacific, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful, customer-led marketing initiatives that bring our strategy to life. Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll work together to plan, develop and execute campaigns that drive strong brand outcomes and enhance customer financial wellbeing.

What will your day look like?


As a Marketing Manager Pacific, you will have the opportunity to:

• Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels, including digital and website content
• Developing customer-led propositions by identifying insights and emerging needs
• Creating compelling and effective communications that resonate with target audiences
• Optimising channel mix and media strategy to maximise campaign performance
• Driving continuous improvement through data, insights and test-and-learn approaches
• Building strong, collaborative relationships across marketing and the broader business
• Ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within risk and compliance frameworks

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong experience in marketing or customer communications, with the ability to deliver across a broad range of activities
• A solid understanding of brand building, creative development, and media planning
• Digital marketing capability across key channels, including SEO, SEM, programmatic, and website content
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to identify insights and translate these into effective propositions and campaigns
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delivering high-quality work on time
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams
• A data-led approach, using measurement and test-and-learn methodologies to optimise performance
• Sound judgement, problem-solving capability, and strong attention to detail
• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment, along with exposure to working with media or creative agencies
