This position manages the development, execution and analysis of various marketing projects. Responsibilities include:

• Create, develop and implement marketing plans, product concepts and promotional programs to drive awareness and lead generation by managing the strategic and tactical execution of marketing programs and campaigns, including tracking, results reporting, analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and execute the marketing activities, direct marketing programs and implementation of marketing initiatives for consumer-direct and business-to-business audiences
• Build and effectively manage timelines for all programs to ensure they are completed on time
• Oversee creative development and printing of printed and electronic collateral material (brochures, fact sheets, presentations) including copywriting, supervising graphic design
• Manage, work with and measure performance of creative and print vendors to pre-set objectives and budgets
• Drive positioning and messaging for existing and new service offerings

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

This position requires a very strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position also requires a strong skill set for building reports, managing data and analyzing data. Flexibility, strong organization skills and the ability to grow with the changing demands of the position and our Company are essential for success.

Broad experience in advertising, branding, and project development and implementation for a service company is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands on marketing management experience
• B.A. in marketing, business or communications
• Strong working knowledge in creation of campaigns from strategy and design through execution and post campaign analysis
• A high level of comfort utilizing Excel to manage data is a must
• Ability to make decisions and recommendations based on analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative skills and teamwork are required
• Must understand lead generation, lead conversion and lead nurturing as a business practice
• This position is onsite at Massey’s Corporate Headquarters in Orlando, FL (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 PM)
