Job Description

The Role

JENTIS is following an enterprise, ABM-focused GTM approach, and we need a Marketing Manager to be the engine behind it.

You'll own light ABM end-to-end (one-to-many, cross-channel campaigns against a broader account list) and support our Business Development team on Heavy ABM plays (one-to-one, high-priority accounts). You'll combine hands-on execution across events, email, and ads with the program management muscle to keep everything on time, on message, and measurable.

Why JENTIS?

At JENTIS, you’ll be part of a pioneering tech company shaping the future of data collection and data privacy on the web and beyond. We’re not just building a product; we’re redefining how businesses handle data in an increasingly complex digital landscape. It's a great fit for someone who wants ownership across the full marketing program stack and is excited to grow with us long-term. Join us to make a real impact, drive innovation, and be part of a team that values agility and purpose.

Your playground:

  • Own light ABM campaigns end-to-end. Plan and execute one-to-many, multi-channel programs against a broad target account list, in close partnership with BD and our PPC Manager.

  • Run events from pre to post. Manage pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up sequences.

  • Manage email marketing. Write copy, build and QA sequences and workflows, manage lists, run tests, and interpret metrics to optimize. Partner with Marketing Ops where needed.

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution. Brief designers and content, align with BD, Sales, and Partners, and keep complex programs moving through clear timelines and milestone tracking.

  • Measure what matters. Deliver consistent monthly reporting on campaign performance, event ROI, and pipeline contribution.

  • Own budget and brand merch. Forecast campaign and event spend, make ROI-driven tradeoffs with the Head of Marketing, and manage merchandise and vendor relationships.

What to bring along:

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing in field/event marketing, campaign management, or program management

  • Track record of executing multi-channel campaigns (events and email at minimum; ads and direct mail a plus)

  • Willing and able to travel within the DACH region for onsite events (±4-6/year).

  • Hands-on HubSpot experience building lists, workflows, and email sequences with autonomy

  • Strong copywriting instincts and a feel for B2B value propositions and ICP-aligned messaging

  • Solid project management, you keep complex programs on track and stakeholders aligned

  • Comfort with marketing analytics, you read the numbers and act on them.

  • A collaborative style, partnering naturally with Sales, BD, and Ops

Bonus points for:
  • Experience supporting or running ABM programs

  • Familiarity with MarTech, AdTech, analytics, or first-party data spaces

  • Working knowledge of lifecycle marketing and post-event orchestration

  • English fluency required; German a strong plus

  • Based in Vienna or willing to spend regular time in our Vienna office

Onboarding & Support

We set you up for success from day one. You will receive a structured onboarding program designed to help you navigate our systems, integrate into the team, and feel fully supported as you take ownership of your tasks.

What's in it for you?:

  • Remote-first work environment: work from anywhere within CET +/- 3 hours with regular visits to the office

  • Stay connected via our virtual office space: Gather

  • Flexible working time: core hours are from 10am - 3pm CET

  • An international work environment with colleagues from 10 nations

  • Fun, relaxed, and regular remote and onsite team events

  • Personal development budget and allocated learning days

  • General Exit Participation (shares!) for all employees in the event of an exit during their tenure

The full-time salary range for this position is €60,000 - €75,000 (OTE) per annum. At JENTIS, the salary consists of a fixed monthly base and a quarterly performance bonus. Our employment contracts are not all-inclusive, meaning they are based on a 38,5 hour work week with the option to take compensatory days off. Final salaries are determined based on an individual's geographic location, qualifications, experience, and time commitment. We also offer other benefits on top, which we're happy to tell you more about in a personal interview.
