Our client is a fast growing GreenTech startup based in Mils, Austria, developing one of the world’s first scalable road power plants. By integrating innovative energy harvesting technology into existing road infrastructure, the company is creating an entirely new source of renewable energy without requiring additional land use.

As a Marketing Manager, you will help turn this breakthrough technology into a brand that gains traction across international markets. You will shape its positioning, develop creative Go to Market initiatives and work closely with Sales, Business Development and management to turn ambitious ideas into campaigns that create visibility and commercial impact.

This role is for someone who likes to think differently, moves quickly and would rather build something new than simply manage what already exists. • Compensation: Gross annual salary starting at €45,000, with the willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.

Your responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop marketing initiatives for an extraordinary GreenTech innovation and work closely with Sales and Business Development to reach the right target groups across different markets.

• Marketing Strategy: Develop the marketing function strategically and translate business objectives into concrete initiatives and campaigns.

• Go to Market: Create targeted marketing initiatives for existing and new markets and actively support international market expansion.

• Sales Support: Work closely with Sales and Business Development to develop content, campaigns and initiatives that effectively support commercial activities across different markets.

• Creative Execution: Develop fresh marketing ideas, experiment with unconventional approaches and quickly turn promising concepts into action.

• Storytelling: Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling and visually strong content for different target groups.

• Brand Development: Continuously develop the brand identity, positioning and visual presence while creating a consistent international brand experience.

• Communications & PR: Shape relevant external communications and coordinate press releases, statements, event communications and media materials.

Your profile as Marketing Manager

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.

• Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, brand building, communications, PR or campaign management.Experience not only developing marketing strategies, but also independently turning them into concrete initiatives and campaigns.

• Understanding of Go to Market strategies and how marketing can support Sales and Business Development when entering and developing different markets.

• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling and audience relevant communication.

• Fluent German at C1 level or above to ensure confident and effective communication.

• Creative personality with the courage to pursue unconventional ideas, take initiative and experiment with new approaches.

• Strong hands on mentality and enthusiasm for taking ownership and building structures within a dynamic startup environment.

• Ideally, you can demonstrate examples of unconventional or particularly creative marketing initiatives that you have successfully developed and implemented.

• Experience in a marketing or communications agency, knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma, and an interest in GreenTech and sustainable technologies are considered an advantage.
